Margaret Velva Russell, 100 of Van Buren died Friday, July 2, 2010 at Alma Healthcare and Rehab.
She was a homemaker, of the Methodist faith and a former longtime resident of Winslow, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Otto Russell and one son, Charles Myrick.
She is survived by one granddaughter, Linda Galloway & her husband, Larry both of Summers, AR; three grandsons, Sam Center and Bernard Myrick both of Hogeye, AR and Danny Myrick of Bella Vista, AR; and one daughter-in-law, Margurite Reed of Winslow, AR, 14 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren, one which was born on her 100th birthday and one step-son, Glenn Russell of Lake Charleston, Ohio.
Funeral services were at Ocker Chapel on Tuesday, July 6 at 10:00am with Rev. Marsha Cooley officiating. Burial was at Vaught Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Larry Galloway, Jeffrey Carr, Todd Goss, Russell Gregory, Justin Carr, James Gregory and Logan Carr.
