Husband of Lula Mae France Pierce
Jabe J.B. Pierce, 80, of Fort Smith died Thursday, April 12, 2001, at his home. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and retired truck driver for Eastern tank.
Survivors include his wife, Lula Mae Pierce; one son, Gary Pierce of Tulsa; one stepson, Jerry France of Van Buren; one sister, Pauline Pierce Wilson of Fayetteville; one brother, Gene Pierce of Springfield, Mo.; four grandchildren, four step-grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Graveside service was held April 16 at Vaught Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren.
