Velma Claudette Ryan (Nobles) age 76 went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ December 15th, 2021 at her home in Quitman, AR. She was a member at Bible Baptist Church in Conway.
Velma was born on March 21, 1945 to James Earl and Luna Ryan in England, Ar. She raised a home and family in Humphrey, Arkansas. She retired from Riceland Foods after a dedicated career as a Rice Grader.
She was proceeded in death by her son Gregory Doyle Nobles of Conway, AR. Brothers: Kenneth Ryan, Thurman Ryan, Wayne Ryan, Danny Ryan. Sisters: Doris Solsebee, Earline Skinner, Virginia O'Neal, and Barbara Gray.
She is survived by her Sons Gene (Gail) Nobles of Hazen, Kevin (Stephanie) Nobles of Quitman, Daughter in law Carla Nobles of Conway, Sisters Rita( Louis) Sippell of Mayflower, Phyllis (Mike) Gibbs of Athens, Tx. 10 Grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren and a large host of family and friends.
Funeral services will be 11am Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Bible Baptist Church in Conway, Arkansas. Visitation will be one hour prior. Interment will follow at Pleasant Valley Cemetery. Brother Kevin Nobles and Brother Don Nobles will officiate.
