Janice Lucille Bart, 79, of Greenbrier, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord, Friday, Feb. 11, 2022. She was born Oct. 14, 1942, in Coweta, Oklahoma, to Berlin and Hazel Holmes.
Janice was preceded in death by her son, Scottie Trippet; her granddaughter, Lindsey Cunningham; brother, Willard Holmes; and her parents.
Janice was a shining definition of a Christian woman. Her faith never wavered; she had a tremendous personal relationship with God and read her Bible daily. It is in the Bible that we find the definition of Janice:
"Strength and honor are her clothing; she shall rejoice in time to come. She opens her mouth in wisdom, and on her tongue is the law of kindness. She watches over the ways of her household, and does not eat the bread of idleness. Her children rise up and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her." Proverbs 25, 26, 27, 28.
Janice is survived by her beloved husband of over 52 Years, Paul Bart; sons, Tony Bart, Tim Bart, Clint "Tommy" Bart (Karon) and Daniel Bart (Rainey); and daughters, Shirley Trippet and Renee Deden. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be on Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2022, at 2 p.m. at The Rock Solid Church in Conway, visitation at 1 p.m. one hour prior to the service. Burial is at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Wooster.
