December 4, 1911 - July 29, 1980
Raymond "Ray" Herring, 68, of Mountainburg, Arkansas died Tuesday, July 29, 1980 at a Fayetteville, Arkansas hospital. He was a retail salesman, a World War II veteran and a member of the Freewill Baptist Church.
He is survived by one sister, Gladys Batman of Centralia, Illionis.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Chester Freewill Baptist Church. Burial was at Vauaght Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home.
