September 5, 1958 - July 25, 2016
Larry Joe Crawford, age 57, of Hot Springs, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, July 25, 2016. He was born on September 5, 1958 in Hot Springs the son of Alfred and Josephine Hood Crawford.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Parnell and Bobbie Johnson.
Larry graduated Hot Springs High School in 1977. He was a Master Plumber and was the co-owner of Quality Plumbing, the owner of C and L Plumbing and helped start City Plumbing. He also started a sprinkler system and landscaping business as he truly loved to work until his failing health caused him to retire. He also enjoyed playing music on the piano and guitar.
He was very strong in his faith in Jesus! Larry went on many mission trips to Mexico, where he worked on churches and orphanages, while sharing the love of Jesus to those he met.
Larry is survived by his wife, two sons and one daughter-in-law, two brothers and one sister-in-law, two sisters and brothers-in-law, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, July 28, 2016 in the Davis- Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Hot Springs with Rev. Rick McNeely officiating.
Interment will be in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Visitation will be held 1:00 PM until service time.
