*When Thomas (Tom) Clay/Clayton McCoy McCay was born on November 15, 1884, in Bridgeport, Texas, his father, James, was 45 and his mother, Julia, was 34. He married Martha L Ornn Owen McCoy on August 4, 1907. They had 11 children in 18 years. He died in June 1966 in Quitman, Arkansas, at the age of 81, and was buried in Rose Bud, Arkansas.
Martha L Ornn Owen McCoy was born in 1892 in Arkansas. She married Thomas (Tom) Clay/Clayton McCoy McCay on August 4, 1907. They had 11 children in 18 years. She died in 1972 in her hometown at the age of 80, and was buried in Rose Bud, Arkansas.
