*When Donald Lewis Foster was born on June 24, 1930, in Monroe, Arkansas, his father, Alvin, was 27 and his mother, Elvertie, was 25. He had one son with one wife. He also had one daughter from another relationship. He died on September 16, 2020, in Searcy, Arkansas, at the age of 90.
