BELLA VISTA — Paul Edward Resetar, 81, of Bella Vista, Ark., died Sunday, April 7, 2013, at Mercy Medical Center in Rogers, Ark. He was born on April 14, 1931, in New Kensington, Pa., to John Resetar and Mary Rochar Resetar.

He graduated from Business College, Topeka, Kan., as a certified stenographer. He served in the U.S. Air Force as a SSGT during the Korean conflict.

Paul married June Reed on June 11, 1955, in Topeka, Kan. He was employed by the Missouri Pacific, Texas Pacific and Union Pacific Railroad, and retired in 1988 as regional sales manager and moved to Bella Vista, Ark. He enjoyed gymnastics from age 6-20, and later golf and bowling.

He is survived by his wife, June, of Bella Vista, Ark.; two sons, Curtis Paul Resetar of Bella Vista, Ark., Douglas Edward Resetar (Jennifer) of Perry, Ga.; one daughter, Cynthia June Geisler of Chicago, Ill.; one brother, John Resetar (Marian) of New Kensington, Pa.; one sister, Mary Margaret Artuso of Pawleys Island of South Carolina; and four grandchildren.

A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at Bella Vista Lutheran Church.

Arrangements are by the Bella Vista Funeral Home & Crematory, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, Ark.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to B.V. Lutheran Church or Circle of Life-Legacy or to the American Cancer Society.
