*When Mary A Strayhorn was born on January 15, 1858, in Arkansas, her father, William, was 24, and her mother, Mary, was 23. She married Joseph Greenville Scott and they had six children together. She then married J L Latture on March 14, 1918. She died on May 5, 1930, at the age of 72.
