*When Mary Catherine McGiboney was born on December 7, 1854, in Tennessee, her father, William, was 35, and her mother, Margaret, was 37. She married John Wesley Roberts on November 3, 1869, in Warren, Tennessee. They had three children in 14 years. She died on June 2, 1919, in Jefferson, Arkansas, at the age of 64, and was buried there.
