*When Ellis Franklin Polk was born on March 27, 1933, in Arkansas, his father, James, was 45 and his mother, Florence, was 32. He had one son and two daughters with Pena Glyncille Bacon. He died on September 5, 2006, in McRae, Arkansas, at the age of 73, and was buried in White, Arkansas.
