May 20, 1962 - July 23, 2019
David Wayne Maughan, 57, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away July 23, 2019. He was born May 20, 1962, in Hot Springs, to Allen Leon and Mary Etta (Puckett) Maughan.
David worked for Spa Construction for many years and currently worked for the Garland County Road Department.
David was preceded in death by his father; and brother, Robert Allen Maughan.
Survivors include his mother; son, Mitchell David Maughan; daughter, Chelcie Savanna Maughan (Kyle Godwin); sister, Connie Aitken (Steve); grandchildren, Kycie Jayde Godwin, Kam Kyle Godwin; nieces and nephews, Chris Aitken, Kyle Aitken, Robert Maughan, Matt Maughan, Ryan Hamilton; and his beloved dog, Abby.
Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sunday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home.
A celebration of David’s life will be 10:00 a.m. Monday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home with Bro. Wade Overturf officiating.
Burial will follow at Fourche Loupe Cemetery.
