FROM THE “PRESS ARGUS” Van Buren, Arkansas’s local Newspaper. Dated: June 27, 1963.
ALVA A. REYNOLDS
Alva Allen Reynolds, 57 years old, of the Yoestown communtiy on Rt. 1 Alma, was found dead in a field about one mile south of the Yoestown store on Monday morning june 24, 1963.
He was a farmer and had been an employee of the George Wallis farm for some thirty years. Sheriff Tom Wilbanks and Coroner R. W. Ocker ruled that death was due to natural causes.
Survivors are his mother with whom he made his home, five brothers, five nieces and four nephews.
The funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Yoestown Baptist church. Waldon Gooch was the officiating minister. Burial directed by Ocker Funeral Home was in the Yoestown Cemetery.
