Gordon Bailey, 75, of Winslow died Nov. 14 at a Fayetteville hospital. He was born March 14, 1913, in Elkins, the son of Dawson and Ruth King Bailey. He was a construction worker and a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Cora Bailey of the home; four sons, Benny Bailey of Winslow, Vernon Bailey, Billy Joe Bailey and Stan Bailey, all of Springdale; five daughters, Bonnie Jean Findley, Rosalie Woods, Stella Poplin and Phyllis Rogers, all of Springdale and Darlene Beal of Tulsa; one brother, Fredrick Bailey of Fayetteville; ore sister, Pauline Prince of Ada, Okla.; one half sister, Colene Wills of Conway; two half brothers, Bobby Bailey of Conway and Wayne Bailey of California; 17 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Brentwood Community Church with the Rev. Dee Smith officiating. Burial will be in Brentwood Cemetery under the direction of Nelson's Funeral Home of Fayetteville.

Pallbearers will be Charles Rogers, Archie Poplin, Jim McKee, Bob Woods, Kerby Maggard and Bobby Rogers.

Cora Emma Bailey, 83, of Springdale died Sunday at Fayetteville. She was born Feb. 12, 1920, at MacDoel, Calif., to Benjamin Harrison and Mildred Elizabeth Bissell James.

She was a homemaker and a Protestant.

Survivors include four sons, Benny Bailey of Tulsa, Vernon Bailey, Billy Joe Bailey and Stan Bailey, all of Springdale; five daughters, Bonnie Jean Findley of Texarkana, Rosalie Woods of Springdale, Stella Poplin of Little Rock, Phyllis Rogers of Springdale, and Darlene Beal of Tulsa; 20 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home with the Rev. Charlie Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Brentwood Cemetery.

Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. today with the family present from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
