Gary Don Barber, 38, of Van Buren died Monday, Oct. 28, 2002, in his home. He was of the Pentecostal faith. Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Yoestown Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren. He is survived by his wife, Ellen; two stepdaughters, Brenda Bobbitt of Grand Prairie, Texas, and Marsha Thacker of Van Buren; two stepsons, David Stewart of Fort Smith and Forrest Caple of Van Buren; four sisters, Wanda Jean Jones and Margie Foster, both of Fort Smith, Joyce Primm of Alma and Ruth Yandell of Little Rock; three brothers, Donald Barber of Alma, Donnie Barber of Cedarville and Benny Barber of Van Buren; 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
