May 21, 1949 - December 25, 2018
Mordell Nation-Allen was one of nine children born on May 21, 1949 to John And Zella Nation of Louisiana (who proceeded her in death). She met and married Jesse James Allen and from that union was blessed with her two oldest children, James O. Allen (wife Bonita) and Angela M. Allen (who proceeded her in death) and her youngest son Carey Q. Allen.
Modell was called to her eternal home by Christ on Christmas day December 25, 2018 after a long battle with Cancer. She will hurt no longer.
Mordell was a dedicated member of Church of Christ on Barnes street and leaves to cherish her loving family and a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
