Willie Dowell Mosley, was found dead in front of his parked car at 911, Rock Island right-of-way. Wednesday night. Mosley was found lying face down in front of his car by Luther Peterson of 1001 Rock Island right-of-way. It appears he may have fallen and struck his head on the left front fender of his car. There were no signs on the ground where he had tried to get up after he fell. Mosley had left his home around 8 p.m. to go to the New Bethel Baptist Church on South Smith St. He had been complaining of headaches lately and had been treated by a doctor in the past. Sgt. Bradley E. Greenlee, Logan Buckwalter, Lt. Hugh G. Andrews, Capt. Robert Pennington and Lt. Monroe Taylor were the investigating officers for the El Dorado Police Department.
