Mrs. Gertie Hopson, age 63, sister of Harry Shirley of Paris, died of a hear attack Saturday morning at her home in Oklahoma City. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday at 2:00 PM at the Methodist church in Oklahoma City. The body will be returned to Paris and a second service will be held at the Cox Funeral Chapel at 2:30 on Wednesday afternoon with Rev. B.C. Few, pastor of the First Methodist church officiating. Burial in Oakwood cemetery will be under the direction of Cox Funeral home. Mrs. Hopson is a former resident of Paris,was the daughter of the Late Mr. and Mrs. H.P. Shirley of Paris. Survivors are a son, Harry Hopson of Oklahoma City; Granddaughter Mrs. Delores Hall; and Grandson Tommy Hopson both of Oklahoma City, a sister, Mrs. Cora Jackson of Norwalk, Ca and a brother, Harry Hopson.
