CLARKSVILLE — Eugene R. Tillman, 88, of Clarksville died Thursday, Feb. 22, 2007, in his home. He was born May 12, 1918, in Paris. He was an Army veteran of World War II, a coal miner and retired construction worker at California Naval Base.

Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Saturday at McVay Cemetery in Carbon City under the direction of Hardwicke Funeral Home of Clarksville.

He is survived by his wife, Mildred; two daughters, Rita Tillman of Kibler and Pat Arthur of Clarksville; two sons, Allen Tillman of Clarksville and Troy Tillman of Seattle; a sister, Irene Parks of Paris; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

The family will visit with friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mildred Bernice Tillman, 92 of Clarksville, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2014 in Barling, Arkansas.

She was born on October 4, 1922 in Paris, Arkansas to her parents Martin and Minnie Mae (Roberts) Moore. She was a retired Cafeteria Manager for the Port Hueneme school System in California and Mildred attended the Spadra Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband Eugene Tillman; parents, Martin and Minnie Mae Moore; one sister Margaret Ralph and one brother Bob Mills.

She is survived by two sons, Allen Tillman of Clarksville, Arkansas and Troy Don Tillman of Bremerton, Washington; Two daughters, Rita Tillman of Alma, Arkansas and Patricia Arthur of Clarksville, Arkansas; one sister, Brenda Hays of Fort Smith, Arkansas; ten grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.

Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at McVay Cemetery in Paris officiated by Bro. Jim Goodman under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
