*When Herbert Troy Langford was born on January 31, 1902, in Rose Bud, Arkansas, his father, William, was 32 and his mother, Ada, was 32. He married Vera Gertrude Langford on November 6, 1927. They had three children during their marriage. He died on August 20, 1967, in Searcy, Arkansas, at the age of 65, and was buried there.
