Stella (Drewery) Sewell, 98 of Paris, Arkansas, died Wednesday, March 12, 2008 in Paris, Arkansas. She was born July 12, 1909 in Snowball, Arkansas to her parents, Horace and Betsy (Woodard) Drewery, both now deceased. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband; James H. Sewell, Sr., three daughters; Trene Titsworth-Chester of Paris, AR, Jean Crowell of Rogers, AR, and Ilene Hoppensteadt of Paris, AR, one son; James H. Sewell, Jr. of Paris, AR, one brother; Johnny Drewery of Paris, AR, 15 Grandchildren, 42 Great-Grandchildren, and 18 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
Funeral Services were held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 15, 2008 at the Roller Chapel – Paris, Arkansas with Bro. J.H. Carter officiating. Burial was in McVay Cemetery in Paris (Carbon City), Arkansas.
Pallbearers were Bobby Sewell, Steve Titsworth, David Crowell, Adam Titsworth, Melvin Crowell, Shawn Gillespie, Kenneth Tucker, and Doug Eveld.
