PARIS Earl C. Linam, 89, of Paris died Sunday, April 1, 2001, in Paris. He was a veteran and a retired O.G. & E. electrician and was a Presbyterian. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday in Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris with burial at McVay Cemetery in Paris. He is survived by his wife, Shirley; a daughter, Alice Bell of Texas; a son, Hollis Linam of Greenwood; three stepsons, James Ihle of Paris, Charles Ihle of Magazine and Joe Ihle of Norfolk, Va.; four sisters, Hazel Green, Bea Murphey, Edna Roiney and Frances Linam, all of Wichita, Kan.; two brothers, Bill and Bob Linam, both of Wichita, Kan.; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Jeremy and Chris Ihle, Cleve, Bruce and Chris Linam and Shane Cooper.
