Lucille Huckaby, of Paris, Arkansas died Saturday, July 11, 2015 in Paris. Ms. Huckaby was 95 years old. She was the daughter of the late Herbert and Ethel May (Carter) Thornton.
Ms. Huckaby was a retired waitress and a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Paris.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Ethel May (Carter) Thornton; her husband, Charles E. Huckaby; two sons, Joe Pierce and Jim Pierce and several brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her daughter, Seretha Watson of Paris, Arkansas; her son, Harold Pierce of Danville, Arkansas; eight grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m., on Monday, July 13, 2015 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris.
Funeral Service was held on Tuesday morning, July 14, 2015, at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris, Arkansas.
Rev. Kenny Maness officiated the services.
Ms. Huckaby was laid to rest at McVay Cemetery in Paris, Arkansas.
