PARIS - Gary Lynn Highfield, 59, of Paris died Tuesday, April 5, 2005, in his home. He was born July 4, 1945, in Etna. He was a auto repairman for a local body shop in Paris and was a Protestant.

Funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday at Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home Chapel in Paris with burial at McVay Cemetery in Carbon City.


He is survived by a stepson, Brad Taylor of Ozark; two sisters, Paula Pettigrew of Caulksville and Neta Stinnett of Paris; four brothers, Bobby, Paul, Ricky and Nicky Highfield, all of Paris; and two stepgrandchildren.

Pallbearers will be William Pettigrew, Michael Hice, Ricky and Nicky Highfield, Ed and John Walker.

The family will visit with friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
