Ethel Mae Haynes, 81, of Bald Knob, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, January 10, 2018. She was born in Kensett July 2, 1936 a daughter of the late Alfred and Gertrude Brewer Smith. Mrs. Haynes was a member of the St. John Baptist Church in Augusta. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and a retired welder at General Industries in Bald Knob.
She was the widow of Ed Haynes and is survived by 7 children, Donnie Haynes, Tony Haynes, Barbara Williams, Alice Williams, Jannett Baker, Lisa Dick and David Haynes; 2 brothers, Titus Brewer and Mal Brewer; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, January 15, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Centennial Baptist Church in Kensett with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in the Union Grove Cemetery in Bald Knob.
