James "J.T." Taylor Nolen
of Conway, AR

December 12, 1918 - January 9, 2022

James Taylor "J.T." Nolen, 103, of Conway, has gone to be with the Love of his life on January 9, 2022. He was born December 12, 1918 in Enola, Arkansas to the late Benjaman and Adna Nolen. J.T. worked cattle and construction; he retired from construction after 30 years and continued his passion of cattleman farming until he was 101. He was a hardworking family man who was devoted to being a husband, father, and beloved Papa. J.T. adored his beautiful wife Bernice; she was a strong partner who helped him fulfill all his dreams for 72 years. They were lifetime members of Wesley Methodist Church. J.T. was drafted in the U.S. Army where he served in the South Pacific throughout World War II. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Bernice Nolen, daughter, Judy Ann Smith, and three sisters.

J.T. is surivived by his son, James E. (Carla) Nolen, grandchildren, Kathy (Marlon) Barrino, Mike (Deb) Gunnett, Terri (Mark) Rice, James C. Nolen, Benjamin Nolen, Anna Nolen, Mike (Hannah) Bielling, Christopher Nolen, Lauren (Chase Bender), great grandchildren, Dustin Lunsford, Julia Carter, Liliana Bielling, Jacob Nolen, Rowen Farrell, Greer Bender, Cain Gunnett, great grandchild, Lincoln Ray Carter, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00PM on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway. Funeral Service will begin at 2:00PM Friday, January 14, 2022 at Roller McNutt with Pastor Andrew Suite officiating. Burial will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park.
