Hilda Jean Atterberry, 74 of Ft. Smith passed away Monday, August 21, 2017 at her home.
She was born July 1, 1943 in Paris, AR to the late Ray and Jewel Phillips Tyler.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed being with her grandkids.
She was preceded in death by her husband George B. Atterberry.
There are no services scheduled for Mrs. Atterberry. Cremation is under the direction of Fentress Mortuary.
Mrs. Atterberry is survived by her daughter; Patricia Mott and her husband Alan of Magazine, AR, three sons; Conny Atterberry and his wife Letha of Ft. Smith, Benjamin Atterberry, Jr. of Florida, Johnny Atterberry and his wife Sandra of Ft. Smith, her four sisters; Charlotte Brown of Atlanta, Betty Courtney and her husband Mack of Clarksville, Teresa Shaw and her husband Clyde of Ozark, Sue Hardy and her husband Joe of Van Buren, four brothers; Tommy Anderson and his wife Linda of Greenwood, David Grady of Talihina, OK, Lee Scott and his wife Carolyn of Eden, OK, and William Scott and his wife Brenda of Arkoma. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
