*When William Homer Neaville was born on July 14, 1878, in White, Arkansas, his father, William, was 20 and his mother, Willie, was 18. He married Effie M Rodgers on February 18, 1900. They had four children during their marriage. He died on April 19, 1917, in his hometown at the age of 38.
