Minnie Lorrine Langston 81 of Searcy passed away on March 4, 2018 she was born on February 3, 1937 in Helena, Arkansas to the late Allen and Annie Ray.

Minnie was a devoted member of The Lighthouse Full Gospel Church. She loved attending church so much she wanted to go every day. She enjoyed having catfish every Sunday and chocolate cake every chance she got. Minnie also loved to sew.

She is preceded in death by her parents, one sister Ella Lucille Cook, and one grandson Kyle Andrew.

She is survived by her husband James; three sisters, Lois Ford Horn, Helena, Arkansas, Polly Lacey, Tacoma, Washington, Linda Tidwell (James), Memphis, Tennessee; three brothers, Allen Ray, Helena, Arkansas, Charles Alvin Ray (Charlotte), Fayetteville, Arkansas and William Terry Ray, Cincinnati, Ohio; three sons Dennis Gary Wheeler (Nola) Milledseville, Georgia, Clyde Michael Wheeler (Brenda) Searcy, Arkansas, and Marion Dewayne Brewer Marion, Arkansas; two step-sons, James Wayne Langston (Christy) Douglas, Georgia, Richard Neal (Christy) Vinity Corner, Arkansas; eleven grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday March 7,2018 from 6-8 P.M. at The Lighthouse Full Gospel Church, Judsonia, Arkansas with funeral services on Thursday March 8, 2018 AT 10:00 A.M. at the church. Interment to follow at Cheek Cemetery at Vinity Corner.
