Herman Edwin Goad, 42, of Hayden, Colorado, a former resident of this area, died Friday at a Craig, Colo., hospital. Born July 7, 1940, at Brentwood, the son of Archie and Verna Neely Goad, he was a Union carpenter and had lived in Colorado for the past 10 years.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Judith Orndoff Goad; a son, Darrel, of the home; a daughter, Miss Corinna Goad of the home; his mother, Mrs. Verna Goad Burris and his step-father, Howard Burris of West Fork; and a brother, Everett of West Fork.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Brentwood Community Church with burial in Brentwood Cemetery under the direction of Moore's Chapel.
