A Funeral Service for Betty Jean Haas of Olathe, Kansas, formerly of Mountain Home will be 10:00 am, Wednesday, February 12, 2014, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Josh Passmore officiating.

Betty passed away February 3, 2014, in Lenexa, Kansas at the age of 88. She was born February 13, 1925, in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Herbert and Florence Owen Domke. She married LeRoy Haas on January 16, 1943 and was a homemaker. Betty lived in Mountain Home since 1980, moving from Mt. Prospect, Illinois prior to moving to Olathe, Kansas to be near her daughter.

Betty is survived by her two sons, Bruce Haas of Harlingen,TX and Wayne Haas of Mt. Prospect, IL and two daughters, Sandy Lomaka of Olathe, KS and Lois Breeden of Point Pleasant, NJ and granddaughters, Brook Adeline Reyna of Corpus Christi, TX and Heather Dawn Lucio of San Benito, TX and grandson Lucas Haas.

She was preceded in death by parents and husband, LeRoy Haas and son Leroy Haas, Jr..

Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, Mountain Home, Arkansas.

Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
