Leonard A. Jones Sr., 82, died Sunday in Broken Arrow, Okla. Born Dec. 30, 1892 at Delaney, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Will P. Jones, he was a retired school teacher.
Survivors are the widow, Mrs. Louise K. Jones of the home; two sons, Leonard and John of Tulsa; one brother, Clint of Little Rock; three sisters, Mrs. Ola Dockery and Mrs. Josie Burke of Springdale and Mrs. Gladys Parish of Little Rock; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Brentwood Church with burial in Brentwood Cemetery under direction of Moore's Chapel.

Mrs. Louise K. Jones, 75, Broken Arrow, Okla., former resident of Northwest Arkansas, died Nov. 23 at Tulsa, Okla. She was born June 2, 1904, at Conway, Mo., the daughter of John William and Stella Johnston Knight. She was the widow of Leonard Jones, who died in 1975; a retired school teacher who taught in the area for several years, and was a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors include two sons, L.D. Jones Jr. of Broken Arrow and John William Jones of Sand Springs, Okla.; one brother, Clarence Knight of Sapulpa, Okla., four sisters, Mrs. Velma Douglas of Claremore, Okla.; Mrs. Beulah Ramsey of Sapulpa, Mrs. Doris Foutch of Wagoner, Okla., and Mrs. Helen Dix of Tulsa; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Brentwood Church and burial at Brentwood Cemetery under the direction of Christian Funeral Home, Broken Arrow.
