Funeral services for Peter P. Land, 63, carpenter and lifelong resident of Winslow who died Saturday in a Fort Smith hospital, will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m., at the Winslow Methodist Church. Burial will be in Brentwood cemetery under direction of Moore's Funeral Chapel.

Mr. Land was born January 26, 1888, the son of W.C. and Mintie Land, in Winslow. He was an active member of the Winslow Masonic Lodge.

Survivors are his wife, Laura; two sons, Paul and Roy, both of Bay Town, Texas; a daughter, Mrs. Orby West, Fort Worth; three brothers, W.V. Land and Newt Land, both of Fayetteville, and John Land of Winslow; twin sisters, Mrs. Pearl Duncan of Winslow and Mrs. Beulah Duncan of Springdale; and six grandchildren.

Mrs. Laura Land, widow of the late Peter P. Land, died Tuesday in Baytown, Texas, where she had made her home for the past year with her sons. She was a member of the Winslow Methodist Church and Order of Eastern Star, and a resident of Winslow for 40 years before going to Baytown.

Survivors are two sons, Paul H. Land and Roy I. Land, Boytown, Texas, four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

The body will arrive here Thursday night and funeral services will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. in the Winslow Methodist Church by the Rev. Dee Smith. Burial will be in Brentwood cemetery under the direction of Moore's Chapel.
