*When Atlee Franklin Wood was born on October 3, 1890, in Bald Knob, Arkansas, his father, Alfonsus, was 33 and his mother, Henrietta, was 30. He married Eva May Hammock on December 11, 1915. They had one child during their marriage. He died as a young father on October 23, 1918, in White, Arkansas, at the age of 28, and was buried in Russell, Arkansas.
