When Modena Martin was born on February 13, 1919, in Sumner, Mississippi, her father, Robert, was 36, and her mother, Vianna, was 32. She married Boyde Euzell Hargrove and they had one son together. She then married George Ray Neal and they had five children together. She died on August 24, 1998, in Searcy, Arkansas, at the age of 79, and was buried in West Point, Arkansas.

*Modena Martin married George Ray Neal on 27 Dec 1935, they had 2 daughters and 2 sons. They divorced and she married Boyd Hargrove on 11 Nov 1946, they had one son then divorced. She then remarried George Ray Neal on 30 Sep 1947 and had a daughter. Her 4th marriage was to Gerald Mohney, no children together.
Also, the only documents to date that have her name as "Lena" is the death certificate and tombstone.
