Born in Paris, Arkansas to Joseph Edria Vandiver and Ruby Nell Gray Vandiver. Sister is Judith Ann Vandiver Miller. Married Shan Marie Lasby on November 21, 1969. They had four (4) children. Joseph Jeremey Vandiver, Jolene Louise Vandiver, Joshua Daniel Vandiver, and Nathan Jobe Vandiver. He leaves six(6) grandchildren: Kyle, Cadence, Alexander, Alysson, Chase and Olivia.
He then married Debora Carol Ashton on February 14, 1990 and lived with her until death in Port Angeles, Washington.
