Beatrice Spears died Sunday, October 28, 2007 in Paris.

She was born May 30th, 1914 at Millard, AR (Logan County) to Barry "Bud" and Arbella (Howard) White.

She was preceded in death by her husband, W. R. "Mitch" Spears and infant son, Waymon Eugene Spears, her parents, two brothers, Irben and Paul White and one sister, Edna Hill.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Paris and a lifetime member of the Business and Professional Women's Club. She and her husband owned and operated Spears Oil Company until retirement in 1971.

She is survived by one daughter, Sue and son-in-law, Roy S. Lloyd of Paris, one grandson, Mitchell and wife Sharon Lloyd of Rogers, AR, one granddaughter, Melissa and husband Dr. Henry Udouj III of Ft. Smith, AR, four great grandchildren, Hannah and Megan Lloyd, Isabella and Henry "Joseph" Udouj IV. Pallbearers were Sam McCutcheon, John Ross, Billy Jim Warren, Wesley White and Harold Schluterman. Honorary Pallbearers were Colene Binyon, Lucille Martin, Sue Martindale, Nora Parker and Henryetta Meyer.

Services were conducted at First United Methodist Church-Paris with burial in Oakwood Cemetery-Paris under the direction of Roller Funeral Home-Paris, AR.
