Lola Almanda Scrivner, 91, of Paris died Sunday, January 18, 2009.

She was born May 23, 1914 in Paris. She was a saleslady for Rothchilds of Kansas City Kan., she was a greeter for the Paris Senior Citizens Center and a member of the First Baptist Church of Paris.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 21 at Smith Mortuary Chapel of Charleston with burial at Oakwood Cemetery in Paris under the direction of Smith Mortuary of Charleston.

She is survived by one sister, Ann Manning of Charleston; and one brother, Eugene Victor Scrivner of Kansas City, Mo.

Pallbearers were Mike Rodenberg, James, Gabe, Larry, Dickey and Jim Scrivner, Brian Rubuson, and Dennis Slutterman.
