Charles "Bud" Gilbert Ihle Jr., 60, of Magazine, Arkansas, passed from this life on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 in Magazine. He was born April 16, 1961 in Ozark, Arkansas.

He was employed by Magazine True Value Hardware for the past 4 years and volunteered for the Magazine football program for the past 7 years. Charles enjoyed fishing, golfing, and serving his community by working with the police, firemen, and EMT for many years. He was also a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Paris.

He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Ihle Sr.; stepfather, Earl Linam; stepmother, Rhoda Aline Ihle; and his grandparents, Leo and Bertha Ihle.

Funeral mass is scheduled for 10:00 am on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Paris with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.

He is survived by his wife, Mollie Short of Booneville; 2 sons, Jeremy Ihle of Booneville and Christopher Ihle (Jennifer) of Paris; stepson, Luke Short (Raven) of Magazine; 2 stepdaughters, Adrianne Oliver (Jus) of Magazine and Alyshia Cox (Patrick) of Booneville; mother, Shirley Davtovich of Paris; 2 brothers, Joe Ihle (Pam) of Caulksville and Jim Ihle (Leiann) of Paris; 2 stepbrothers, Tim Pledger of Altus and Doug Pledger of Ozark; stepsister, Paula Weeks of Altus; and 10 grandchildren.

A Rosary will be held at 6:00 pm on Monday, August 2nd at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Paris.

Pallbearers: Luke Short, Adam Ihle, Michael Keatts, Calvert Raggio, Neal Wade, and David Grissom

Honorary Pallbearers: Magazine True Value Hardware employees and Magazine Fire Department.
