Mary Ruth Ferguson, 91, of Searcy, went to be with her Lord on Monday, September 30, 2013. She was born on Friday, July 14, 1922 in Searcy to the late Clyde L. and Mary L. Castleberry Nicholson. Mrs. Ferguson was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was a homemaker, a minister's wife and a member of Cloverdale Church of Christ in Searcy. Her hobbies include sewing, gardening, taking care of her flowers and reading, especially her Bible.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 73 years, Worley R. Ferguson; daughters, Freda Barber and her husband Glenn of Hot Springs and Pat Culbreath and her husband Larry of Fayetteville; six grandchildren, Sheri Homishak of Hot Springs, Randy Barber of Nashville, Tennessee, Becky Tewell of Trabuco Canyon, California, Kim Penn of Fayetteville, Mike Culbreath of McKinney, Texas, Jason Culbreath of Huntingdon, Tennessee; 13 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Randy Barber, Jason Culbreath, Clint Emfinger, Jerry Homishak, Cody Homishak, Justin Lee and Mike Culbreath. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, October 1, 2013 in the Roller-Daniel Funeral Home Chapel (501) 268-3546 Funeral service will be Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Carl McLarty and Larry Culbreath officiating. Memorials may be made to Families First, P.O. Box 1081, Marion, Ark. 72364.

Worley Ruell Ferguson, 98, of Hot Springs, Arkansas went to be with his Lord on Wednesday, February 11, 2015. He was born August 4, 1916 to Homer Lee and Nettie Ferguson.

Worley Ferguson was a minister for the Church of Christ for over 50 years and preached for churches in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. He worked with World Bible School many years, held many gospel meetings and led numerous people to the Lord. He was loved and respected by all who knew him. His influence will live on for several generations. His goal in life was to serve his God and live a Christian life and have a home in heaven. He was a wonderful husband, father, and grand parent, and will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, James Ferguson, and his beloved wife, Ruth. He leaves two daughters, Freda Barber and her husband Glenn of Hot Springs, and Pat Culbreath and her husband Larry of Fayetteville; six grandchildren, Sheri Homishak of Hot Springs, Randy Barber of Lewisburg Tennessee, Becky Tewell of Trabuco Canyon, California, Kim Penn of Fayetteville, Mike Culbreath of McKinney , Texas, Jason Culbreath of Huntingdon, Tennessee; 13 great-grandchildren; 4 great- great grandchildren, and a host of other family members and friends.

Pallbearers will be Randy Barber, Jason Culbreath, Jerry Homishak, Cody Homishak, Justin Lee, and Mike Culbreath.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday, February 12, 2015, at the Roller-Daniel Funeral Home Chapel in Searcy (501-268-3546). Funeral service will be Friday, February 13, at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Carl McLarty and Larry Culbreath officiating. Interment will follow in the Holly Springs Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Families First, P.O. Box1081, Marion Ar 72364 and Children’s Home, Inc. at Paragould, Ar.
