Mrs. Jessie Burnett Samples, 71, died Tuesday in Denver, Colo. Born May 28, 1898 at St. Paul, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Craft Burnett., she was a member of the Interdenominational Church.
Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Iva Taggart of Hutchinson, Kan., Mrs. Pearl Guirmaun of Denver and Mrs. Delma Watkins of Winslow; three sons, Edgar of Fayetteville and Troy and Coy of Denver; three brothers, Rob Burnett of Winslow, Sam Burnett of Huntsville and John Burnett of Combs; 23 grandchildren and 31 great-grand-children.
Funeral service will he at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Brentwood Community Church with burial in Brentwood Cemetery under direction of Moore's Chapel.
