Maxine Sanders Baker
of Searcy, AR
July 1, 1924 - January 11, 2010
Maxine Sanders Baker, 85 of Searcy, went to be with the Lord Monday, January 11, 2010. She was born Tuesday, July 1, 1924 to the late Simpson L. and Mary Jane McNeil Sanders. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, James "Mike" T. Baker.
Maxine is survived by one son, Larry Baker (Chrisie) of Heber Springs, two daughters, JoAnn Roses and Marsha McFadden both of Searcy; four grandchildren, John Roses Jr. of Los Angeles, California, James Parsons Jr. (Leigh) of Searcy, Brandi Miller and Bret Baker both of Searcy; three Great grandchildren, Cassidy and Carson Miller of Searcy, Jillian Roses of Los Angeles, California; one sister, Fannie Thompson of Heber Springs, numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Thursday, January 14, 2010 in the Chapel of Roller-Daniel Funeral Home with interment following at Searcy Faith Cemetery on Hwy 16. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 pm Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home.
