Tuesday, December 9, 1975
Lonnie Lee Shook, 61, lifetime resident of the Fayetteville area, died Dec. 8 in a Fayetteville hospital. Born Jan. 26, 1914, in Washington County, Hick community, he was the son of Clint and Virgie White Shook, a member of the Methodist Church and Masonic Lodge. Until recently, he was owner and operator of Fayetteville Machine Shop.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Hazel Hudson Shook of the home; and his mother of Fayetteville.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 10 a.m. in Moore's Chapel, Fayetteville, with the Rev. Paul Moore officiating. Burial will be in Brentwood Cemetery under the of Moore's.
