Ralph Edward Rowe, 71, of Searcy passed away on March 29, 2019 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born March 17, 1948 to Sidney Ray Rowe and Ruthey Swofford Rowe in Hanford, California.

He is preceded in death by his parents three brothers Willard, Earl, and Walter Rowe; sisters Eula Fields, Pauline Rowe, and Polly Smith; one daughter-in-law Martha Rowe and one grandchild.

He is survived by his wife Phyllis; three sons, Kenneth Edward Rowe (Mary), James Harold Noble, and Jackie Noble; two daughters, Kady Burkett (Chris) and Phyllis Ann Barker (Alford ''Bud''); one sister, Tina Waggle; three brothers, Raymond, Willie, and Harold Rowe; fourteen grandchildren, Natasha Dennis (Matt), Steven Rowe (Shelby), Jamie Rowe (Ashley), Kimberley Rowe, Diana Snelson (Brandon), K.J. Rowe (Haley), Kyle Burkett (Bianca), Corinda Burkett, Kurtis Burkett, Caleb Burkett, Glen Foust, James Barker (Megan), Lori Barker (Jesse), and Matthew Barker (Kaitlyn); twenty-five great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.

Ralph was known as a loving husband, dad, and grandpa who loved his family dearly. He was honest and true to his words, strict, faithful and loyal, to all who knew him. A man of few words, but he said what he meant and meant what he said by being wise and offering good advice.
