Nancy Deason Roberts, 93, of Ozark, Arkansas, died Sunday, May 20, 2018 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was a retired Teacher of forty six years with twenty years spent in California and twenty in Ozark, an Aux. ARC Literacy Counsel Tutor and trainer, and was a member of First Baptist Church of Ozark. She was born August 21, 1924 in Rogers, Arkansas to Mark and Electa Miller Deason. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Mark Roberts; and a daughter, Panalee Reeves.
Nancy is survived by two sons, J. Roberts of Vestavia, Alabama and Rodkey Roberts of Gautier, Mississippi; four grandchildren, Brian Roberts of Starkville, Mississippi, Staci Wingo of Cincinnati, Ohio, Rhonda Brown of Cedarville, Arkansas, and Cassondra Reeves of Fort Smith; four great grandchildren, Clara Kate Roberts, Megan Turner, and Ashley and Sarah Wingo.
Memorial graveside service will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, May 24, 2018 at Highland Cemetery with Brother Ben Lairamore officiating under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.
