Emmer McMahan Coulter, age 92, of Jacksonville passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at Spring Creek Living Center in Cabot. She was born November 8, 1926 in Elaine, Arkansas to the late Watson and Rosie Lee Forn McMahan. Mrs. Coulter was a member of Second Baptist Church in Jacksonville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harrison Coulter.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Harriet Gill of McGhee, Justin (Kelsey) Coulter of Sherwood, Reba (John) Bondhus, Deborah (Keith) Heisser, and Jason Guthrie, all of Jacksonville; brothers, Ben White of Rohwer and Oscar White of Russellville; sister, Sally Foster of West Palm Beach, Florida; thirteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 20, 2019 at Moore’s Jacksonville Funeral Home with Brother Ben White officiating. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Park.
