Angel Danae Vicks Pelts, 31, of Clarksville died from injuries sustained from a tornado which hit the area early on Wednesday, May 25, 2011.
She was born Feb. 18, 1980, in Forrest City.
She was preceded in death by her father, Kevin White, and sister, Courtney White.
Survivors are her husband, Andy Pelts and two sons, Colton Pelts and Colby Pelts of the home; her mother, Sandra White of Clarksville; and brother, Clint White of Clarksville.
Services will be 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Hardwicke Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Stillwell Cemetery. Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. Monday.
