BELLA VISTA — Betty Lou Forsyth, 57, of Bella Vista died May 14, 2002, at her home. She was born Aug. 26, 1944, in Waterloo, Iowa, to Lawrence and Arlyne Hilton Bauer. She moved to Bella Vista in March 1990 from Marian, Iowa. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Bella Vista and the Ladies 18-Hole Golf Club, Bella Vista Calico Cut-ups Quilt Guild and the Bella Vista Crime Watch.
Survivors include her husband, Lloyd D. Forsyth of Bella Vista; one son, Randal Jay Forsyth of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; one daughter, Dawn R. Forsyth Bisenius and husband Mike of Johnston, Iowa; two sisters, Gloria M. Peterson of Radcliffe, Iowa, and Marsha R. Sizemore of Marion; two grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the Presbyterian Church in Bella Vista with the Rev. Dr. James E. Still and the Rev. Tracy Evans officiating.
Arrangements are by Bella Vista Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 77 W. Port Plaza, Suite 101, St. Louis, Mo. 63146.
