BOULDER, Colo. — Thelma Marie Johnson Clark, 91, died Oct. 5, 2008, at Sunrise Assisted Living in Boulder. She was born Nov. 14, 1917, in Dallas to Brown Franklin and Johanna Marie Johnson.
She lived in Bella Vista before moving to Boulder. She was an accomplished pianist and piano teacher and was active in Mu Phi Epsilon.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William S. Clark, in 1999.
Survivors include two daughters, Sheryl M. Clark Schizas of Las Vegas and Dr. Janice E. Clark of Huntington Beach, Calif; her son, William S. Hathaway-Clark of Longmont, Colo.; two grandsons, Jamison and Luke Hathaway-Clark.
A memorial service will be at 4 p.m. Thursday at Crist Mortuary, 3395 Penrose Place, Boulder, CO 80301. Her ashes will be interred at Bella Vista Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a favorite charity.
Arrangements are by Crist Mortuary in Boulder.
